Shipping and costs
Dispatch:
We partner with DHL. For shipments within the Netherlands, you can order before 11:59 PM and it will be delivered to your home the next day. If you choose a DHL service point, we have a cut-off time of 6:00 PM for next-day delivery.
Unfortunately, delays may sometimes occur due to the carrier's sorting process or other reasons. In this case, you will be notified by the carrier. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. If the delay lasts longer than three days, please let us know by email or via the contact form. We can then initiate an investigation to determine the cause of the shipment. This investigation may take a few business days before the package is traced.
Costs:
Netherlands: For orders under €50, there is a €4.99 shipping fee. Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge.
Belgium: For orders under €75, there is a €6.99 shipping fee. Orders over €75 are shipped free of charge.
Other countries: Check your shopping cart for the correct shipping costs.
DHL service point:
Would you prefer to collect your package from a collection point at your convenience? This is easy with the DHL service point shipping method. You can choose your own collection point during checkout.
Missed delivery:
If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will take it to your neighbors or to a pickup location. They will leave a note in the mailbox where the package was left. Please bring ID and the missed delivery note to the pickup location, otherwise you won't receive the package. Your package will remain there for a maximum of 7 days, after which it will be returned to us. If the package needs to be resent, the recipient will be responsible for the costs.
Track package:
Each package includes a Track & Trace code, allowing you to track the expected delivery yourself. You can also make any changes before delivery. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace information. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam filter. Unfortunately, many emails are blocked by spam filters.
Not received:
Unfortunately, it can happen that the delivery of a package is delayed by the carrier. This can have various causes, and we have no control over this. If your order isn't delivered the next day, please wait until the following day. If it still hasn't arrived the next day, please contact us, and we will contact the carrier immediately. We can then initiate an investigation to find out what's wrong with the shipment. Such an investigation can take several days, so unfortunately, we have to wait for the results. Often, the package is delivered after an investigation has been initiated.
