Returns Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return your item within 14 days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after you receive your order. If you wish to return the products, you must first notify us. Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will provide you with the return address.

You can only return an item if:

• The article is complete
• The product packaging has not been opened.
  

Once we receive the returned shipment, we will check whether it meets the return conditions. If it meets the return conditions, the value of your order will be refunded to your account. This does not include shipping costs. The refund will be issued immediately or within 7 days after we receive the returned package.

The refund will be processed using the same method you used to make the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund .

Swap

Exchanging products is not possible. However, you can create a discount code with the same value as the product being returned.

Return costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

*We are responsible for the shipping costs of a return shipment, if:

• An incorrect product has been delivered.
• The product seal is broken.
• The expiration date has passed.
